FAQ

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens. A 24-hour notice is required for all cancelations. You will receive a credit for the amount on a future session. Good for one year. When studio or site fees are required, no credits will be available. The full cancellation policy will be outlined in your contract.

Where do you shoot at? Do you travel?

Houston and Galveston outdoor locations are included. Studio/Indoor locations require an additional fee. Willing to travel outside these locations. Please contact me for a custom travel quote.

Do you require a deposit and how do I pay you?

All sessions require a non-refundable retainer to secure your date. Sessions must be paid in full the day before your shoot. You will receive a digital invoice and you can pay with ACH, Debit or Credit Cards.

How will I receive my photos?

You will receive an email link to your secure gallery when the photos are ready. You will have one month to download all your photos. All photos will be in high-res.

When will my photos be ready?

In general, photos take 1-2 weeks to get back. This really depends on the type of package and current work load.

Will I have the rights to print the photos?

The short answer is yes! You can print with whoever you want. I offer a way to print through your online gallery directly, but you are not required to use my partners. The contract outlines the details for personal use. Commercial use is prohibited. I do have separate agreements for commercial clients. If you have questions, please reach out to me.

What do I wear for my shoot?

Don't worry! I will help you with every step of planning your session. I will provide a style guide with some tips once you book. In addition, my clients often text me photos of outfits to help them choose. Wardrobe and style are essential to get the images you want. If you want professional hair and makeup, I can provide references I work with.

What is your weather policy?

When a session is outdoors and needs to be canceled because of weather, this will be mutually agreed by both Parties that a weather event has happened. The following Sunday is typically reserved for make up days. However, I can be flexible on the make up day as long as I am available. Please refer to your contract as this policy is outlined.

Are you insured?

Yes. A Certificate of Insurance can be produced for wedding venues. Please make sure to inform us of any event venue insurance requirements.
